Terms of Service

1. The service

Site-Voice helps construction companies turn WhatsApp voice notes and text into structured site records, and mark crew attendance. Accounts are provisioned by the Site-Voice team after a plan is agreed. The service is provided for business use only.

2. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate company and login details.
• Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Company owners may grant managers limited dashboard access. Do not share logins with people who should not see site or crew data.
• You may request that we delete your account at any time (see Data deletion and our Privacy Policy).

3. WhatsApp use

If you connect a Meta WhatsApp Business number, you confirm you have the right to use that number and that employees have been told their work WhatsApp messages and (if enabled) live location may be processed for attendance and site operations.

You must not use Site-Voice to send spam, scams, or messages that violate Meta WhatsApp Business policies. We may suspend WhatsApp access if Meta or we detect abuse.

4. Confidentiality — no public sharing

Crew lists, WhatsApp content, attendance, GPS pins, job orders, and company settings are confidential to your organisation. Site-Voice will not publish this data and will not sell it. You agree not to use the product to expose other people's personal data publicly.

5. Your content

You retain rights to data you submit (voice notes, texts, logos, employee records). You grant Site-Voice a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your construction records.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another company's workspace.
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or probe the service except as allowed by law.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Register only real employees who consented to work messaging on WhatsApp.

7. Plans, availability, and changes

Features and message or site limits follow the plan we set up for your company. We may update the product. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (networks, Meta, or hosting may fail).

8. Limitation of liability

Site-Voice is an operations aid. You remain responsible for site safety, labour records required by law, and decisions you make from dashboard data. To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss caused by third-party outages (including WhatsApp / Meta). Our total liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or LKR 0 if the account is in a free pilot.

9. Termination

You may stop using Site-Voice and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, Meta policies, or applicable law. On deletion we remove stored company data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Courts in Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
